Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson represent clients from police interview to court.
POLICE STATION
Legal advice at the police station is free of charge to any person who has been arrested or is being interviewed by the police as a volunteer. Decisions that are made at the police station can have a dramatic effect on the outcome of the case.
PRE-CHARGE
The period between being arrested and being charged can be lengthy, with some people being on bail for weeks, months, or even years. During this period, the police are there to investigate the matter, however there is not ordinarily anyone there to specifically assist the accused person.
COURT
Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson represent clients for all offences at the Magistrates' Court, Youth Court and Crown Court.
