PETER FALLEN 

Peter trained as a solicitor at Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson and qualified in 1997. He is a Duty Solicitor and Higher Courts Advocate and represents clients at the police station, Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal.

 

Peter is an experienced litigator and has worked on all manner of cases. He is particularly known for his work on complex matters such as fraud and drug importation, where the detail of a case needs careful evaluation and verification. 

Peter is a respected and reliable Crown Court advocate, who recognises that representing a client before judge or jury requires hard work and quick thinking in equal measure.
